I'm trying to figure out the time difference between Oklahoma, usa (central time zone) and Surrey, Canada (dunno time zone??)

Surrey is on Pacific time. It's two hours earlier there.

Noon in Oklahoma is 10 am in Surrey.

17:51:26=5:51:26 p.m.
-0400= means minus 4 hours G.M.T( Greenwich Mean Time) what the world uses to set there clocks, and EDT= Eastern Daylight Time, (what time it is on the East Coast of North America.
I am in South Carolina and I am -0500 G.M.T

P.S. my current time is- 19:26:20 -0500 EDT.(7:26:20 p.m.) and it is 18:26:20 -0400 CST (6:26:20 p.m.) in Oklahoma.

oklahoma is in the central time zone which is 1 hour different of the eastern time zone or EDT. If it is 5:51 EDT then in oklahoma it is 4:51 CDT. i don't know the difference to canada just hope this helps you to figure it out. the usa has 4 time zones with 1 hour difference between each.

It means the time reading you gave is on Eastern Daylight Time. They are 1 hour ahead of you.
