Canada is the an example of how i wish the US would be.
Remember most people are fond of the Canadians, they are like Americans but without the arrogance : ) |

Both have their advantages and disadvantages. There is really no winner here and everyone has their own opinion and beliefs. It also depends on what exactly you are talking about. No offense, this was a really stupid question that will probably lead to arguments. |

Canada is safer... so you don't have to worry about getting shot while walking home at night.. and there are less racist and more liberal people in Canada. |

Canada is safer than USA. It has much vast beauty and some great cosmopolitan cities to live in. Toronto is the most multicultural city in the world.
USA has much diverse geographic settings to choose from its many cities and towns across the nation, and the climate tend to have better warmer summers. |

Canada is a parasite of the US and a stepchild of England. They don't have any famous leaders so they put Queen Elizabeth on their money. |

I was born in USA but lived in Canada most of my life. America is the land of opportunityy but Canadians are much more friendly. |

different strokes for different folks.
Whatever melts your butter.
I like where I live and I wouldn't trade it for any other place... I live in Canada. I'm sure most Americans would attest that they have similar views as I do on their place of origin. |

Canada, way less crime, brighter future, the world loves us unlike the USA. We have a better health care system which supports everyone rich or poor. We have a lot of resources and not alot of people. We arent dependent on foreign oil.
The only things that the USA has on us is Obama, Disney, and New York City. |

Neither. Both Canada and the USA are known worldwide as the two fattest countries. Much of our technology has made us lazy, and if that isn't bad enough, the way we use up our reasources, oil, the major concern, is the worst by far. Oil does not only power our engines and machinery, but it is also used in the making of nearly all plastic products (so think about that as you fill your disposable water bottles over and over again, slowly degrading your bottle to that wonderfull release of poisonous oil)
And think about it, when the issue of global warming is brought up, everyone points their fingers at the government, but it is really a fact that we are to blame for most of global warming and this unequal distribution of benefits across the globe. It is us who are equally responsible along with the rest of the world for conserving it as long as we can. We 'must' consume less, we 'must' start looking and using newer energy reasources, remember, there is no such thing as a 'clean' gas emmission. "Canada? United States of America? It's not too late to change" |
