Yeah you should go west.
If your single and a new graduate then I would say Vancouver.
Victoria is nice too.

cool summers (not hot), and decent winters (no snow storms)

very multicultural city with all sorts of cultural activities...Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, German....you name it

Also, it's one of the most livable cities in the world...wat else could you want?

p.s. right now it's not a good time to buy a house....the real estate market is SOARING right now. if ur moving here, i recommend u rent first and wait for a year.

That's tough. I live in Vancouver and loving it. I went yesterday to Victoria Island for a visit it was just amazing. I've never beent to Toronto. It's your choice!!!

yes west is so beautiful and exciting. I find toronto boring. victoria is cute, friendly and pretty, vancouver is beautiful too.

Go to Victoria and get a job with the British Columbia Government.
You might be able to get a room at the Victoria YM/YWCA - worth trying.
