As a tourist you wil receive necessary coveragr, however if you are hospitalized you should take out BUPA or something similar. OK

I do not know how much you would be charged. It is unlikely to be free if you are visiting from Canada. However, the fees you will be charged will differ from doctor to doctor and institution to institution.

There may be a reciprocal arrangement between the UK and Canada but you should look into this. Maybe you can ask the UK High Commission in Canada

I am fairly certain it will not be free. You may not be able to get travel insurance to cover this situation because your pregnancy is sort of a "pre-existing" condition, and the travel insurance often only covers emergencies. You probably have to think in terms of a few to several hundred dollars for sure. Have you posted this question on the UK travel site? Someone there may know for sure. You might ask a travel agent too - they may have some idea. Best of luck with finding the answer.

It won't be free, because free medical treatment for tourists is only for emergencies, not pre-existing conditions (insert joke about not being pregnant when you joined the queue for treatment!). Canada and the UK do not have a bilateral healthcare agreement, so you should ensure that you are adequately covered by medical insurance: a consultation with a doctor should not be very expensive (and if it's straightforward, the doctor may not even bother with the paperwork of charging you), but if you need more complex treatment things could get pricey.

Its all free that's why we get so many immigrants coming in

Aint wee lucky, you wont pay here in the uk, thats why we have floods of immigrants, good luck to you.

If you see a non NHS doctor you will be charged a fee but I can't tell you what it would be. HOWEVER your passport will be stamped that you are NOT to use public services. I don't have a problem over there but we always get the extra insurance for my partner just incase she/we have an accident over there.

Good luck with you baby, have a safe holiday and safe home.

BTW look the other way when crossing the street. :)

I don't think you will be charged at all.
