when you go there, anyway you will be drenched in spite of having a plastic rain coat, and you will not be able to hear the next guy to you in the roar of Niagara falls.So you will be there as if you are in full blast of rain.
Next if it is windy the balloon will not take off.So you miss that.
The vessels .that is launches go any way near the falls.So whatever the weather , you can gonad enjoy and come out drenched .Good luck and happy visit.

Its should be nice. Not much happening this weekend. Last weekend was great and next weekend there are some nice festivals in Buffalo.
On Canadian side make sure to go wine tasting by Niagara on the lake it is real nice. Only drink the whites though

I used to live right around there...it will be in the mid to high 70's, maybe low 80's. Slight chance of rain. Will be humid- right around 70%. Great place to go though. I miss it.
