For best climate I would choose southern Ontario, specifically the area from St. Catharines to Toronto and east of Toronto in the summer and British Columbia in the winter. |

Check out this website, it gives the weather statistics for hottest, coldest, wettest, driest, etc. for all of Canada.
It claims the place that's the hottest with fewest freezing days is British Columbia. |

The best climate of Canada is in British Columbia. |

Vancouver, definitely. |

Definitely Greater Vancouver. The sunniest would be White Rock, right on the Washington/ BC west border. |

The interior of BC, like Kelowna and such. |

Southwest near Vancouver |

hottest, the interior of BC or southern Alberta.
The best climate overall? Southern Alberta |

Southern BC is beautiful
Southern Ontario (Great Lakes/Muskoka, etc.) also has FANTASTIC summer weather, a lot of days are 30 celsius and upwards, not too humid either. |

I would agree that the Vancouver area is generally warmer throughout the year than anywhere else in Canada, but weather alone can't compensate for all the drug addicts, prostitutes and welfare recipients that live there |

That would be our southernmost province, Florida. |
