in fact, i'm surprise that its not raining right now

Depends on when you go, winter is cold and rainy , summer is very nice ( if its not rainy). So either way bring a raincoat. Overall never too hot, never too cold

gone!
nice weather for the most part, not too cold, not too hot, bring a light jacket, and an umberella just in case. Beautiful city, great sea food, nice people, great China town area, almost believe you are in chine for real. Interesting all round. enjoy your self.

you should go to the weather network site, it tells you the current weather and previous weather forecasts from other year so you'll know what to expect.

Alaska about this time of year is between the high sixties to the mid seventies. Vancouver in the summer is beautiful but it can have an unexpected shower or two.

At this time of year it should be pretty nice. Not too rainy in the summer but you never know (we have been getting really bad weather lately too...). Doesn't usually get too hot though, around 25-ish most summers. But we are having a very odd year.

The other months are all mainly rainy. But not too cold.
