What's the best place for college kids to go to in Canada? |
My friends and I are putting a group together of about 5-10 of us to go to Canada at the end of the school year (mid to late May). We're all freshmen, but we'll all be nineteen by that point, so we want to go to Canada to celebrate the end of the year by getting really messed up and partying. We don't have a ton of money to spend on the trip and we'll be driving from Ohio. We want to go somewhere with clubs and bars where college age girls will be at partying, also. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this and would know where to go? |

I would agree with Will, that the Okanagan valley would be the best place for you guys. Either Pentictan or Kelowna -both party places during the summer. Very warm weather and nice sandy beaches on Lake Okanagan.

It will take a few days drive from Ohio, as BC is above Washington State.
A closer alternative from Ohio is Sable Beach in Ontario. Just directly North of you. Not sure how the party scene is there though...

Definitely Montreal! Party capitol of Canada!
In Montreal the age is 18, and the party goes all night long. Take a stroll down St. Catherine's St., and you'll pass several bars, clubs, and strip clubs. Head on over to Rue Crescent, where the party never stops, and the streets are lined with bars and clubs; literally packed with them! |

Simple.
Ohio to Niagara Falls Ontario is not that far.
And talk about a party town. |

If your in Ohio, driving and do not have a ton of money to spend why not go to Windsor, Ontario. If you are just looking to party and live it up, clearly your not looking for scenery or anything. A lot of people from the US head up to Windsor, Ontario to party downtown. There are actually quite a few clubs/bars in that area. You have St.Clair College in the area which means college age girls. The nice thing is your right on the border when its time to head back. You would have to check for more specific events, but it seemed like when I lived there they were always closing off a street downtown for something.
If a little traveling isn't a big deal Toronto is great for partying and there are a few colleges/universities in the surrounding areas that would bring in party goers from a few areas. Its a bigger city so they have a lot more clubs/bars to choose from. The nice thing about Toronto is it would give you some things to do during the day (if of course your not hung over lol) |

If you live in Ohio, you want to go to Niagara Falls and/or Toronto. |

The legal drinking age is 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec and 19 in all the other provinces if that will matter. Montreal is pretty awsome. |

Montreal or Toronto... or any other bigger city in southern Ontario (Niagara Falls and/or London is probably your best bet). |

Kelowna, BC is the college pary place in Canada, quite similar to your American Ft. Lauderdale. It will probably take you a few days to drive there, but it is seriously a great place. It is a college town itself, with UBC - Okanagan situated right outside of town. It's really warm there and it's so party oriented, especially during summer and March break. Have fun in Kelowna. |
