Train is the easiest, although the Kingston train station isn't right downtown like the Toronto one is, so you'd need about a 10 minute cab ride from there.

Best is Via Rail (believe it or not). Car also works.

The least expensive way is to take a Coach Canada bus. Most expensive is taking VIA RAIL and Greyhound bus.

Coach Canada: $51.25 - one way
$90.70 - roundtrip

Via Rail- $ 78.44- one way
$156.88- Round Trip

Greyhound- $102.25- one way
$204.20- Round Trip

I think the train, or so I have heard. I went in a scary little dash 8 once and they lost my luggage and then I went back to Toronto on a company charter bus but it was like 3 hours or so.

If you have a car: from Toronto, take the hwy 401 East straight to Kingston

If no car, the cheapest way is by Bus call Greyhound or

The GO train from Union station straight to Kingston.
