I've never been to Canada. What's the temperature like in Vancouver around Christmas? How heavy of clothing would I need?

The weather around Christmas is not too cold. Expect temperatures from 0C-5C (30 F - 40 F). It usually does not snow, but make sure to pack an umbrella because it does rain heavily. Bring a few jackets and hoodies, but that will be enough. Vancouver's winter is no colder than New York City's so dont worry, just be prepared.

It's rainy, as usual. and the temperature is about 2 or 3 C at coldest times, usually stays around 5. At nights, it gets colder, like 0 or -1. At Christmas, we might have a little bit of snow which melts down rapidly.
You'll need your warm jacket and your waterproof boots, and most of all, your umbrella.

It will be really really rainy, but not too too cold, in the day time it will prob stay around 8 deg.C, but at night/realy morning drop down to 0.

It probably won't be snowing in the city yet at Christmas time (if so, a tiny tiny bit, and slush). But the mountains should ahve a good supply of snow by then:)

Alot of times in Vancouver around Christmas, it is usually green or brown depending on the type of year we are having. We very rarely get any snow during Christmas. There has been about 5-8 christmases out of the past several of years that I have lived in Vancouver that have ever seen snow.
