well the warmest i guess would be the south west coast of british columbia because of the ocean current. the southern tip of ontario near the great lakes are also great too because of the lakes moderating the temperature, and also theres no risk of the Mega Thrust. but then its part of the tornado alley but then not as many touch downs as the States. |

B.C. lower mainland or Vancouver island have the mildest winters in Canada. Victoria gets less rain than Vancouver too. Some of the interior valleys have warmer summers, but get colder in the winter.
The answerer who said central Canada must be on crack. Central Canada has some of the coldest winters on earth. |

I think it rains all the time in Vancouver....so its not too cold there. But southern ontario is the hottest and most humid. It can be darn cold in the winter in Alberta, but Calgary gets Chinooks....where the temp will drastically change (for the better) 2-3X a week in the winter and we get the most sun all year round! |

Southwestern Ontario because there are a few US states more north than we are. |

In the summertime, the prairies are the best. It's warm, but not muggy (the Great Lakes region can be very humid). In winter, probably coastal B.C.
And, if you're wondering about the worst weather, any time of year, its got to be Newfoundland and Labrador. |

All of Canada is cold and wet. But The least cold or snowy is just above Seattle, Washington and that would be Vancouver, BC |

Vancouver rains too much, the north is too cold, Alberta and the plains are too hot, and the maritimes get too many storms. I'd say Central Canada. |
