Air Canada for sure, but you could also check WestJet or Harmony Air.

Air Canada will give the most flexibility, but West Jet is generally cheaper and friendlier (plus they have satellite TV built into each seat which really helps break up the monotony of being trapped on a plane for so many hours).
Canjet is also an option, but their seats are pretty close together - no leg room means a not-too-comfy flight. I took Canjet from Halifax to Toronto last year, and couldn't wait to get off the plane. I can't imagine flying it all the way to Halifax from Vancouver.

Canjet is a new airline that is supposed to be quite inexpensive, Air Tango (inexpensive version of Air Canada), West Jet. Get a window seat and enjoy the view of the country. It's beautiful!!!!!!

Go for West Jet. Although Air Canada will give you more times it doesn't seem like you're in a huge rush to get there.

West Jet is the best way to go. Air Canada also has flights. But West Jet is much better and cheaper.

Air Canada, if you want an all-Canadian route. If you zip down into the States, there are half a dozen carriers on that route.

Instead of all the fly time, fly to Sea-Tac (Seattle) and then have a fun drive to Vancouver. Its a nice drive. I do it at least once a week.
