Canada's 3 largest provinces/territories are:

Population - Quebec, Ontario and BC

Area - Nunavut, Quebec and Northwest Territories

Canada...

Canada IS a country.

Quebec and Ontario are the largest Provinces...BC is the next largest Province...although when counting the Territories, Nunavut is larger than all three. The Northwest Territories may be larger than BC, but I'm not sure.

Good Luck!
