Fennylaise
Check out the usual tourist hot-spots (Casa Loma, CN Tower, Eaton Centre, etc.)

Then check out:
The Danforth
The Much Music building
The Scarborough Bluffs
Yorkville (where all the Film Festival people hang)
Kensington Market

Want something more interesting? See if you can get someone to take you on a tour (that is, driving through some) of the rich places.

Post Rd. (the area where Prince bought his girlfriend a house/mansion)
The Beaches
Scarborough Bluff area
Bayview and Eglinton/Governor's Bridge/Nesbitt Ave.

That last area has some pretty striking pieces of architecture.

Have fun.

C.N. Tower, SkyDome, Air Canada Centre, nightclubs... I don't know what else -- but there's a lot to do. Toronto Eaton Centre seems to be a popular mall. There's Fort York (not sure if open). If you need a tour guide, I can be one (that is, if you want to).

You're going in November right? It depends what would be new to you. If your from the Southern United States going down. I suggest go to an outdoor skating rink. I set one up in my yard every year. It's alot of fun and you get a real taste of Canadian culture. Go to a Leafs game (If you can get tickets and have the money.) I hate the Leafs but you can get a good taste of pro hockey. If your from Northern U.S or another part of Canada then you can decide the winter stuff to do. As for other non cold stuff to do. Go to the CN Tower. It's an awesome view and it's really cool (especially from the glass floor). It's a little pricy but it's worth every penny. One of my favourite things in Toronto in the Ontario Science Museum. It's a really cool hands on thing. Make sure to visit the astronomy section and drive the moon car or the bobsled simulator in the sports section. China Town really shows off Canada's diversity. It's fun and there's lots to do. Good place to get a souvenir. The ROM is awesome. Nathan Philips Square is alright. If you like animals, go the Toronto Zoo. It's pretty cool. See the great lakes. I could go on and on and on. Anyway, have fun in Toronto.

On the main street, there are some nice bars and dance clubs. Down the main street, there is a great shopping center. Further down in the harbor there is a great restaurant on an anchored ship. Of course going up to the top of the space needle gives a great view.
