What are some good attractions to visit in Niagara Falls (on the Canadian side)? |
My family and I are leaving Wednesday morning for the falls. and i just wanted some opinions on where to go there. |

The new Fallsview waterpark is open, with tremendous waterslides. It is close to the Hard Rock Cafe, The Hershey Store, where you can see candy being made and sample it. The Maid of the Mist tour will take you under the Falls, and Friday evenings there is entertainment and a fireworks display. At the edge of town is a great outlet mall for shopping. I'd also recommend the IMAX movie that explains the history of the Falls, with a museum of objects people actually used to try and conquer them. The new Casino Niagar is great even just to walk around, but has great shows and gambling. |

The Floral Clock, the bridge at Welland, and while you are up there MarineLand and the the numerous souvenir shops are sure to please. Do not forget to see the light show there at night. Niagara Falls is my favorite place in the world, it is sure to please with an unforgettable experience. |

Skylone Tower, a smaller version of the CN Tower but you get an amazing view of the Falls. |

All of the good attractions in Niagara Falls are on the Canadian side. Such things as the Maid of the Mist, tunnels under the falls, Marineland and a host of other areas to sight see and make merry. And there are two casinos near the falls, one of which is a brand new multi million dollar establishment which is a sight to see in itself.. Just don't take too much money there. |

The falls themselves are actually prettier from the Canadian side. You can take a boat ride on the Maid of the Mist, or you can go underneath the falls in a tunnel. |

There are many attractions in Niagara Falls but many of them are quite cheesy. The casino's are very good and lots of fun if you don't lose too much.
If you want something to do it is only 45 mins. into Toronto where you will find much more to keep yourself occupied. |
