I would have to say the Tim Hortons coffee although there are now several of them in the States. Lobster from Nova Scotia, maple syrup are also good.. |

Cheezies and kinder surprise eggs for the kids are great.
However, there are major customs forms to be filled out. They can't just mail it and expect it to get through customs. All food items need what they call a "Prior Notice" form now.

If this isn't filled out, they will confiscate all food and beverages at the border. Each different food item needs a different form filled out. If they drive it over the border they don't need the forms but to mail it you do.
I've done it many times in the last couple months for food/beverage products and it is a cumbersome process to begin with. The first time took me over an hour. You'll have to have a good friend in order for them to want to do it for you. |
