First off I would do some research on what you are wanting to take and what university offers/ specializes in that field. While almost all universities offer all courses, some will specialize in specific fields.
After you narrow down what schools would be the better choice, they all have websites and on their websites they tell you what tuition would be for international students.
I would hate for you to pick a school just on cost, when the education you would receive is going to be the main factor that you want. |

Unless things have changed drastically in the last few years, Memorial University (MUN) in St. John's, Newfoundland is one of the least expensive universities in the country, and the cost of living in St. John's is quite reasonable. Also, in my opinion it is one of this country's most beautiful cities, easily one of the most hospitable, and would definitely give you a unique cultural experience!
Besides that, with the exception of MUN, tuition at universities in Eastern Canada tend to cost more than those in Western Canada, but the reverse is true for cost of living, so it may balance out. All around, I think MUN would be the most cost effective choice, plus it is a very good school. |

Most universities have tuition fees between 10 000 and 20 000$ (2 semesters, full course load). Smaller universities tend to be cheaper and a lot of them offer a good education. Universities in Quebec also tend to be cheaper (English universities in Quebec are Concordia, McGill and Bishop's). Personally, I recommend Bishop's University. It's one of the least expensive in Canada and it's a very good university. Living costs are also cheap. There are quite a few international students and the school is well organized to help them out. |
