The ten provinces are:

British Columbia
Alberta
Saskatchewan
Manitoba
Quebec
Ontario
New Brunswick
Prince Edward Island
Nova Scotia
Newfoundland and Labrador

Had to look it up. Glad I did. Now I know.

There are also three territories:

Northwest Territories
Nunavut
Yukon

Note that Newfoundland and Labrador is ONE province, not two.

Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and the last one is Newfoundland and Labrador. Newfoundland and Labrador make up one province. I have visited all of them except Prince Edward Island. You can now drive onto Prince Edward Island on an overseas causeway. I am a little shakier on the capitals. Quebec City, Toronto, Winnepeg, Regina, Edmonton, (I think), Victoria, Halifax, Fredricton, Charleton and St. John's. The last one, St. John's should always be spelled that way so that it is not confused with Saint John New Brunswick.
