Depends on where you're coming FROM, but...

Taxes are higher than in the US, but in my opinion the Canadian health care system justifies that.

It's certainly quite cold in most parts of Canada in the winter.

Plenty of beautiful natural areas.

Higher unemployment rates than the US.

Far less violent crime than the US.

More rules.

Not as much history as Europe, China, etc. (many parts of Canada were only settled in large numbers in the last 100 years or so). This makes for some pretty ugly buildings in some cities.

Sooooo many beautiful Canadian women.

Peace.

Canada is generally a very open, accepting society. Gay marriage? Why not...

I think its a great place to live.

Pros: free health care, lots of cultural variety and diversity, lots of natural beauty, less crime, generally peaceful

But it can be very cold in some parts of Canada in the winter!

Alright. We have the 9th best military in the world...America has the 2rd. We have the RCMP, no one wants to attack Canada unlike the U.S, (not being a hater, just stating a fact) Everyone is nice here and we're very multicultural and you know you love the snow. and we don't all live in igloos, actually per 1000 capuli the avarage made in a house hold is 47% higher than in america.
