Assuming you mean agricultural produce: other than what is mentioned by prior Answerers, B.C., Ontario and Quebec are fine apple growing regions, Lower Ontario is famous for summer fruits, especially peaches and plums. The southwestern part of Lower Ontario and the warmer B.C. valleys are renowned for tomatoes (those grown in hothouses have taken over a large part of the American winter market from Florida). The Okanagan wine growing area in B.C. now makes some of the greatest pinot grigios, chenin blancs and other white wines in the world (as the wine critics of The New York Times, Wine Spectator, Decanter, Wall Street Journal and some others have recently written about)
and there is also a notable but lesser wine growing area on the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario. Root vegetables like beets, carrots, turnips, etc. are obvious. Good, old fashioned spicy onions, not wimpy sweet vadallias which is about all you can find
in the States today, is what we grow and eat. Canada also grows a lot of corn. For some reason the terroir of the Richelieu
and Chateauguay Valleys south of Montreal makes the sweet corn grown there especially delicious.

That is so hard to answer. Do you mean produce or products?
Produce; potatoes, blue berries, wheat, corn, canola.... would maple syrup count?....

Products? that gets even harder..

Mel
It depends on the region:

- wheat and other grain products
- pulp and paper
- minerals (gold, bauxite, diamonds, etc)
- fish
- cattle
