breakfast between 6 -10 depending on your schedule
lunch between 11 - 2 depending on your schedule
dinner between 4 - 8 depending on your schedule

It's pretty much the same everywhere.
you wake up, you're hungry so you eat. digest and burn off the food after 3-5 hours so you eat again. wait another 3-5 hours and you eat again. then the same thing the next day. It's just how our bodies work.

Whenever you want to eat... I dunno.

Breakfast; before work or school. 6-8am; later on weekends.
Coffee break: 9:30am for government; 10am for others.
Lunch - also called dinner is some areas: 12-1 pm.
Supper - also called dinner in some areas: after work. 5-6:30pm.

Formal dining is usually a little later- say 7pm, or even later in some places.

And don't forget: a trip to Tim Horton's for coffee and doughnuts can happen anytime!
