CN Tower, Hockey Hall Of Fame, maybe go to a Jay's game, see a show, shop on Yonge St, dinner out (maybe in the entertainment district). Ontario Place, the Zoo, the ROM and Science Center are all great but they take full days to do. You could go to the island and check out Centerville though, it's a lot smaller.

Defienatly the CN tower, See any show at the Air Canada Centre; Go to A Jays Game (go jays go) , Hockey Hall of Fame, Ontario Arts centre, Ontario Science Centre (its really cool), Eat at the Hard rock cafe or the Rainforst Cafe.

I recommend gettig on a tour bus tho get a good feel for the city. You can catch a good one at dundas square. These are some places you should check out.
