I have friends who live at Wasaga Beach, and that community is trying to discourage teens from hanging out there. Which is why they move WakeFeast to Toronto. They want to be know as a retirement community. If you go to the east end of Toronto you will find an area called "The Beaches". It's all in the name ! |

They aren't very many good beaches in the Toronto area the best beaches that I know of are.......... Sibalds Point Provincial park and Wasaga Beach both have great beaches the one in the provincial park is only an hour north of the city on hwy 48 wasaga is about 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs north of the city. Now if you don't drive the beach on the Toronto Island (Centre Island is a nice beach) this beach is more for families the other beach they have there is a clothing optional but I wouldn't suggest that for you. Unless that is what you are looking for and that is also on the Island |

Unfortunately no one hangs out that much at beaches in Toronto because Lake Ontario is sort of iffy...
So yeah, Wasaga is nice and there are lots of beaches all over Muskoka. |

THere are no popular beaches at this time of year, too cold.
But in the summer, Hanlan point is a good choice.
Most people will migrate a bit North to Wasaga Beach, on Georgian Bay.
Have fun. |

Wasaga Beach.
1.5 hours north of Toronto on Georgian Bay.
The longest freshwater beach in the world.
Beach #1 at Wasaga is the teen hangout. |

not toom any good beaches in the city itself. You should go to Wasaga beach just about 1.5 hours north. They call it Toronto North. Or you can try Port Stanley. It's closer to London On. |

You really don't want to swim in any of the open water in Toronto. The closest beack is going to be Wasaga, that is where all the action is come summer in toronto. |

I live in Wasaga Beach and I agree, they really are trying to make it more family oriented, not the crazy teen hang out it use to be. So, if you go there expect a lot of cops watching you !!!! |

The beaches is probably something to skip. It's all gay.
There's Australia week this week, but it's really all drag queens. |
