You'll be fine; the border guards have no problem with personal prescriptions. You would only be questioned if you were obviously carrying way too much for you to use yourself and that a reasonable person could make a fair judgment that you intended to sell the overstock (like keeping it in separate containers that are obviously too big for prescription purposes).
Marijuana laws are similar...if you're caught carrying 5 ounces in one bag, the penalties are far less severe than if they catch you with five one-ounce bags of it. |

No body will notice a 2 or 3 week supply of prozac in your bag but it is best to get a recent prescriptions from your doctor that will help you to avoid any problems.
