If you like big cities than I'd suggest Toronto and Calgary. I really love Toronto because of the CN tower, also it's not a far drive from Niagara falls. In Calgary you can visit the West Edmonton Mall and there is beautiful scenery like the rocky mountains. If you like smaller cities I'd suggest Ottawa and Halifax. Ottawa is the countries capital and there's a lot to see, like the Parliament buildings. Halifax is on the coast of Canada so there's some nice beaches. Also there are a few nice Museums. The museum of the Atlantic is pretty interesting. In Halifax there is also citadel hill which is really nice. So where ever you go I'm sure you'll love it because everywhere in Canada truly is wonderful : )

Depends on what you want to do.
Personally I love the smaller cities (though Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary are great to visit).
On the west coast, I'd definitely go to Vancouver Island and start from Victoria.
The prairies are just great. The people in Saskatoon (and surrounding areas) were great and I had the best time ever!
Quebec city was simply charming.
Wherever you decide to go, I'm sure you'll have fun.
