It varies depending on where you live in Canada. Mostly it is Monday to Friday, but some areas have mail delivery on Saturday too.

Every day of the week, except for weekends...so Monday to Friday. And Except for public holidays! When there's a snow storm they sometimes skip some areas as well, as it's not accessible by foot...
