I like both for different reasons. Although toilets already use up enough water, I am reluctant to install a bidet which will use more....at least toilet paper is made from recyclable materials and will biodegrade.

We prefer the luxury of a bidet because no one sees them or have ever used one as we mostly use tp.

I prefer a bidet. It's cleaner and better for the enviroment.
unfortunately it's not a common standard in canadian washrooms as are toilets sinks and bathtubs.
