What do people think about Albertans?

In my mind, the average Albertan is more conservative than the rest of Canada. Except for Edmonton, which is more liberal.

But I'm from Ontario, we're more educated about B.C, since we idolize it.

Somewhat conservative but very kind. And making some good money right now!

i think they are nice and outgoing people!

Friendly
Hard working
Conservative with some pockets of extreme right wing Christian sorts.
I also found many Albertans to be as wide-eyed as their land is when it comes to interacting with different people.

Otherwise, they're the same as everyone else.

I'm from Edmonton and it completely depends where you go. If you go to the farms the people are very much like rednecks and like their trucks, if you go to the bigger cities they get angered a little bit easier but are still friendly. Oh and were real good with the cold.

Devon
My first thought is hicks. I went to alberta, not much going on there. Farmland everywhere, it looked pretty primitive. Everyone kept saying "You betcha".
