It is way too expensive, and there are a lot of drug users. The road layout makes it hard to get around since there is too much traffic and not enough inter city highways.
The good part about Vancouver is it's beautiful landscape, such as Stanley Park, the Rocky Mountains, being near Whistler. |

I used to have relatives who lived in Vancouver and I visited once (back in the 90's). I absolutely loved it there. It was beautiful, clean, and the people seemed very friendly. |

OMG! I live in Vancouver, and I love it. It's beautiful and clean, not cold, not warm. and driving is a lot easier than in Toronto. The people are nice and warm and welcome strangers
well...the bad thing about Vancouver is that there are more homeless people here than any other city in Canada. and that's because of the mild weather. They won't get frozen! |

I love it there, when I go backpacking in B.C. I always make it a point to stop for a week or weeks at a time. There's so much to do and there's still lots I haven't done. It's a great tourist spot and looks like a great place to live. The combined greater Vancouver area is the biggest city I've ever seen - the only part I hate is Hastings st E, it's just on the other side of China town, stay away if you can |

I only moved away from Vancouver to LA as I was offered my dream job in LA. Otherwise I would still be there. |
