I've traveled coast to coast and can honestly say there is no worst city. Each one has its own problems. Just as they have their own style and pace. As mentioned in other posts one can't pick a worst one in the general sense as its a matter of personal choice and taste. Based on ones lifestyle If i had to pick my least favorite city to visit. And i know I'm going to catch hell for this form out members I'd say Toronto simply because i grew up there and have seen what it has become. Its to big to loud and has far to many cars and people for my liking. I'll take Victoria BC anytime small easy to get around clean air and plenty green spaces.

How can one really say what is the worst city. Everyone has there own opinions, likes, dislikes, needs and wants. It's like asking what is the worst country in the world, what kind of people are the worst of all people, what car is the worst of all cars etc, get my drift?

That's such a subjective question. I personally don't like BIG cities, so I don't care for Toronto. But for someone who enjoys the big city, Toronto may be the best city in Canada. I personally remember Calgary when it was a smaller city, and now it's huge.. so Calgary has gone down (for me). I really like Kamloops (a small city in the interior of BC) because it is small... but many people may find that it's too small and hicksville compared to many of the other cities in Canada.
Every city has something to offer, and every city will have it's drawbacks. It's up to the individual to decide if the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

I'm not going to answer that question.

No offense to anyone who lives there but Saint John, New Brunswick is at the bottom of my list of cities to visit. I have three main reasons for my opinion:
1. Saint John is filled with air pollution (perhaps the worst in Canada) from all the industry there.
2. It is one of the most confusing cities to find your way around (and this is coming from someone who's lived in and visited many large cities).
3. It is basically owned and controlled by one company - Irving - and that is completely depressing.
