What does Vancouver mean to you? and where is your favorite spot in Vancouver? |
I am doing a series of post cards, that will have quotes from people about where and what they love about Vancouver B.C. The image on the postcard will be really different and graphically interesting. This is my senior project and i want something cool to put in my portfolio.

Vancouver is my home. :)
I love how there's the city, the mountains, and the forests all around it. Not many places are like that.
My favorite place in Vancouver is Downtown, especially in the summer, where you can roam around to shop and eat. |

Granville Island! I love the market, so much yummy food! And the water park! Really small but so much fun and so many good memories.
Steveston is right up there with Granville. They use to have the best fish and chip's (it's been awhile so I don't know if its still there) and some really great ice creme. Oh, and the park was the best place to fly a kite. |

I live just outside of Vancouver, but when I go to Vancouver my favorite activities are Cypress and Grouse boarding in the winter. Summer favorites are the Sea Wall, White Rock, and Stanley Park. In general I think Vancouver is really beautiful and I love the mountains and waters. Another awesome thing to do is salmon fishing on the Fraser, although the best spot for that would be closer up to Chilliwack. |
