1) If you have a fiance that is a Canadian living in Canada, and you want to come visit him, you can do so. It would help to know what country you are coming from. For some countries, you need a letter of invitation from the person you are visiting. Stating at the time your intentions to get married while here will open up a lot more questions about your plans. I would highly recommend going to your local canadian embassy and discussing it there to get all the details.
That said, the spouse of a Canadian can move to Canada on a visitor visa pending application for immigration. On a visitor visa, you cannot work or study. And applying for immigration while living in the country has one drawback, you cannot appeal the decision.
Be sure and go through all the legal methods to do what you want to do, or it can come back and cause big problems down the road. I suggest again that you go or contact local canadian embassy for help on this.

you need money honey because that's the only way you can get married in Canada. no fella is going to marry you unless you got money,big screen TV with all the extras a fancy boat and motor for fishing and a job so when you got all this I'm free and good looks have nothing to do with it because this is Canada and we dint care about that
