What are the costal areas like, as far as beaches?? Someone please give me the lowdown on Canada weather! I am a SUNBUNNY! so is there some common ground for my cold loving husband(from COLORADO) and me the sun loving beach bum(from Florida) |

toronto is great...it has hot hot summer normally between
80 F - 104 F, coldish winters (varies every year) , warm-hot springs 68F- 86F, and cool falls. There are also great beaches in toronto.
Toronto is great. Its a big city with so many diverse people from around the world. I love it here. You meet great people everyday and there are so many great experiences. There is always something to do and somebody to meet, and generally its a very kind population.
hope that helps :)

Toronto. It has hot summers, warm springs, but the winters can be cold. However, Toronto is surrounded by fabulous beaches.
The west coast of Canada has mild spring, summers and winters. It rarely snows on the coast. But, the summers are NOT hot, there are few good beaches and it rains for months in the winter. |

Everywhere in Canada will have snow in part of the winter and probably feel very cold compared to what you are used to.
The BC coast probably has the best Winter weather temperature and snow wise. But it can be cloudy and rainy for many weeks at a time throughout the year and you won't see the sun much. There are ocean and fresh water beaches though.
The sunniest place in Canada is Southern Alberta. But there are minus twenty to minus thirty temperatures in the winter. The summers are fairly hot and dry. Most of the natural lake are fed by glacial streams and pretty cold. |
