It's like going to Europe. The old city is amazing in the summer, the food is to die for,the people are very friendly.
You can take a boat ride in the river, visit the botanical gardens and in the evening you can visit Crescent str were all the night life is.

omg I just came back from Montreal...I love it...the different cultures, the exotic foods, people speaking French, the architecture....its fantastic. Im from Chicago and I seriously want to go back to Montreal tomorrow!!!

AKM
People tend to love the European culture and the French way of life. The cafes, bars and clubs are great and there are so many things to do there and many saw that Montreal is Europe in Canada.

It tends to be different, though, because men totally love it, because you can hire escorts at very cheap rates, and the escorts are apparently very beautiful. Also, there are many many strip clubs, etc around and it is the number 2 spot to get whatever you woudl want as a man, if you know what I mean, it is pretty open there about sex. Also, the bar scene is big and bar hours are till 3 am, and many go hang there all night...basically, it is where loads of men wish to go, because they can score women easily, and no offence to the Montreal women, because I totally respect you all, but men have told me that they find them to be more interactive sexually with them...so there it is...

I moved from Montreal to Ontario when I was 19 years old, so I grew up in Montreal. I would go back in a heartbeat if I could, but my fiance cannot. People are so incredibly friendly; much more than people in and around TO. It's a vibrant, happening, beautiful, city; I miss it soooo much!
