Single Entry = Only one visit to the country. (usually valid for 6 months, so that you can visit this country only once with in 6 months )
you visit the country and come back.
And if you want to go again , you need to apply for the visa again.
Multiple entry = You want to visit the country often, like every month , every two moths or so. (usally it is 5 years visa, and you are allowed to stay a maximum of 3 months per entry. So you go there, stay 3 months, come back and then go again , stay there and then come back and then go back.
You can do so till the entire length of your visa , which is usualy 5 years.
Transit Visa = you are travelling from one (A) country to another (B), but on the way you think of visiting another country (C), so you apply for a transit visa in country C ,which is usally for 3 - 5 days.
For you case scenario, single entry visa is good enough. |

a multiple entry visa is if you enter the country every few months
a transit entry visa is if you commute into the country for work on a daily (or semi daily basis) |

A single entry visa is one that allows you one visit to a country (perhaps for a vacation or a single business trip). A multiple entry visa is one that allows you to visit the country more than once (for business, for example). A transit visa allows you to pass through a country but not to stay there (as, for example, to change planes only). |

1. Single Entry Visa. You are allowed one entry into the issuing country.
2. Multiple Entry. You are allowed more than one, usually unspecified entries into the issuing country.
3. Transit Visa. You are allowed entry into the issuing country solely for the purpose of traveling to another country. Literally you are "in transit". Transit visas are a euphemism for being allowed only at the airport, port or border while you are provided quick transportation to another country, instead of being immediately deported for lack of a visa. |

Go to google type in immigration and it will list it all for you. Multiple entry visa - mean that one you are in the country you have the right to leave and return a certain amount of times. Single entry means that once you hjave arrived you can not leave and then re-enter on that same visa - you will need to apply for another one. Not sure about a transit visa... |
