Last call is 2 a.m. province wide, although the province has the authority to grant waivers to allow closing at 4 a.m. during special events.

I was a part-time doorman in Toronto (1980's) in a number of clubs and adult entertainment venues, true last call is 2 am now and provincial law requires that all liquor be cleared from the tables by 2:30, and most places close at that time, but some will give you an opportunity to sort yourself and get out in that time.

But I worked in place were people would order 2 at 10 to the hour and thought they could nurse them until we closed, and some were unhappy when we walked around with empty cases removing ALL bottles from the tables, even those still not touched, it is illegal, but most waiters/waiteresses like to do it for an extra tip, most are unaware of the laws and the bar owners look the other way, as it is money out of there pocket if they do enforce the law.

When the song "Closing Time" by Semisonic comes on. It's like the theme for last call in Toronto. Song gets played around 1:50...bar closes at 2:00 - 2:10

When they lock the doors for the night, you fall off the stool or chair, go to the washroom and its the manager's office, when they run out of whatever your drinking, or, if a fire occurs and they consider you an alcoholic risk for explosion. Whichever occurs first.

Generally speaking, closing time is 2:00am, although there are times when the closing time will be extended, such as during special events.

2am

last call 1:45am (give or take a few minutes)

Last call is at 2 am, but most places don't kick you out until about 2:45 or 3, so you can get two or three drinks at 2 and then they'll be done by the time you have to leave.
