It depends where you're flying from. Are you asking about a domestic flight to Vancouver? Are you asking about a flight from the States? Europe? Asia? You need to be more specific.
Look at Philipine Air Website. They have daily non-stop flights from Manila to Vancouver.

Phillipines Airlines flies direct from Manila to Vancouver.
Many of the other airlines also fly to Canada, but you have stopovers in cities like Seoul, Hong Kong, Taipei, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Seattle.
If you plan to purchase a flight that takes you into a country other than Canada, make sure that you do not need a transit visa to be allowed to transfer to another flight at the airport.
