The best city to visit in the summer is Toronto of course!!
Little Italy, Greek town, Little India, Little Portugal and so on......
Come to Ontario and also visit Niagara Falls.
How much time do you have on your trip? You can spend a month here and not finish seeing everything you wanted or heard about!!

Vancouver and Vancouver Island in BC, plus you can drive to Banff and you are in the Rockies, (my choice.)
I am from Ontario so I would have to say Toronto, it has the CN Tower and Toronto Island, great shopping, Canada's Wonderland like a very miniature Disney World for kids of all ages, the Skydome for Baseball, great Theaters.
If I was from Quebec I'd say Montreal and Quebec City, seems like you're in Paris. |

These are the major cities in each province and territory to visit if you can do a cross-country trip across Canada. Otherwise, you need to be a little more specific as to where you're going in Canada. It's pretty big!
Um..for the gal below me...Toronto IS in Ontario. It is the Capital of Ontario. But not the Capital of Canada which is Ottawa, also in Ontario, about 5 hours northeast of Toronto. |

Well, this is just me talking, but I think that you should visit Toronto or Ontario. But if you are going for an old-timey place then, forget everything that I have said. But for a lively, "fun for the whole family", outgoing place where you can get a nice hotel with a suite and relax then later watch a movie and have dinner at a cafe` or something then go to Toronto or maybe just maybe Ontario. |
