I can almost guarantee that you could count the number of immigrants in that community just using your fingers. Take a look on the web, it looks like a nice place.

Many small towns have very few non-Canadians. You will find more in the larger cities of Ontario.

Try Mennonite communities. That religious group has been here 100-180 years and is the most immigrant free community.Or join one of the native Indian settlements in the far north. No immigrant would want to live there. Human beings did not evolve here. All peoples moved here at one time or other. Indians moved here about 7000 years ago. My ancestors came here about 135 years ago. If you are born here you are not an immigrant regardless how little you conform to the Canadian way of life.

Though I would never suggest choosing an area because of it's lack of immigrants, the northern farming areas of Ontario have very little ethnic diversity.
