If you are thinking of what you can do in Canada, Canada draws a lot of fishing tourists, and Canadians like it pretty well, too! Ice-fishing in winter is an experience. There are a lot of golf courses, and ski areas, for the winter. Hiking and camping. Tennis.

Hockey is practically a religion, for spectators and players alike. Most towns have hockey arena, and many families build a rink the the back yard for the kids to play hockey and broomball. Curling was big here before the last Olympics shone a spotlight on it. Of course, Canadian football (like American football, not soccer, with some different rules), baseball, and lacrosse.

Here in Atlantic Canada, golfing has caught on big time. New golf courses popping up all over the region.
