If I remember right the five largest cities in Canada are Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Burnaby, and Edmonton. In contrast the five largest urban "zones" if you will are urban/suburban Toronto, the island of Montreal and the South Shore, the British Columbia Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley, and then I'm not sure where the Windsor area and the Hamilton area place vis-a-vis Calgary. It would be a tight race though.
