Saskatchewan is one of the coldest provinces in all of Canada in the winter, aside from the Territories that is.
Alberta isn't to bad depending on where you go, Some places get insanely cold in the winter, however, if you are somewhere like Calgary, it isn't so bad because of the Chinooks, they get all winter.
B.C. if you are on the coast gets somewhat cold in the winter and not to hot in the summer, but only if you are on the coast line, the mainland of B.C. gets really really cold most years and they tend to get a lot of snow, however on the coast line where it is warmer you will be trading the snow for an exceptional amount of rain.
Ontario, Manitoba and Quebec all rage about the same in coldness..Which varies from place to place in each province, It isn't by far the coldest, yet they all tend to get a fair amount of snow.
On the East coast, Newfoundland, P.E.I. and Nova Scotia get tend to get a lot of snow, most years more than say Quebec and they range a bit colder then the 3 listed above.
It all depends where you go in each province that determines how cold it will be, seeing as each province is rather large...but that is a basic overview of the winter weather here in Canada. Hope this helped answer your question. |

Vancouver BC has relatively mild winters with little snow. The cold air from the arctic that sweeps over the rest of Canada in winter is unable to reach Vancouver. The Rocky Mountains block it.
Alberta has a continental climate.Winters are cold and summers are mild.Hope that helps. |

BC is the only semi not cold province course they all pretty much get hot in the summer but winter only BC doesn't have snow and only on the coast |

Least cold would be British Columbia, but that would only apply to the south western corner of the province and to Vancouver Island. The rest of BC gets just as cold as the rest of Canada. |

I would say the BC, but only along the coast. It's probably the only place in Canada where temperatures don't go into the negatives during winter. Alberta is in the middle for weather on your list. Generally, the most hard hit area in winter is Ontario. |

B.C has the air current coming up from California and Hawaii. It is also geographicly closer to the equator, Vancouver is very wet, if you head east to kamloops or over the rockies it can get really hot quite regularly |
