The legal drinking age in BC is 19. You'll need two pieces of ID, one of which must have a photo. The other one just needs a signature. The primary piece of ID is usually a drivers licence. The secondary piece can be a health card or a SIN card.

19, Quebec is the only province where is is lower and there it is 18.

I'm assuming you mean a club where liquor is served? If so, 19 is the drinking age. Make sure you have some photo ID with you, and some backup ID wouldn't go amiss.
