Igloos, log cabins, tents and big holes in the ground.</sarcasm>

You're from the states aren't you? I hate to be the one to break it to you, but we live in houses and apartments and stuff like they do in your country and just about every other civilised country in the world.

Justin
Your from the US right? Same exact thing

iluvcritters2
It looks the same as any other 1st world country. Houses, condos, trailers, apartments.

Peggy I
Walls, roof, floor.

Mine is 120 years old, 1800 square feet, red brick, white porch, 2 stories plus a basement. Sun porch, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, office, 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, laundry room, and a small garage out back for my SUV. I have oak floors on the main level, and wall to wall carpet upstairs in the bedrooms, basement is for storage only, it contains the forced air furnace/air conditioner and hot water heater. My lot is smaller than most at 55 feet wide and 110 feet long. I am halfway between the beach and downtown.

We are currently having snow squalls, although it is not really very cold, (-2 C) it has snowed and blowed for the past two and half days. That's okay, because they predict rain for wednesday, and the snow will mostly disappear.

Andi
In the suburbs, the garages are in the front, Downtown they still have alley ways for the garages in the back :)

Pretty much identical to housing in the US. Houses are mostly separate (although there are a few townhouse complexes) but the homes are set on individual lots.

You can see every type of housing possible here in Canada. Apartments, Townhomes, Condo Units, Backsplits, Sidesplits, Bungalos..............
