It really depends on where in Canada you are. You need to be more specific.
In the east in November it usually isn't snowy yet... it is mainly cold and rainy but if you go to the prairies it is pretty cold and most likely starting to snow. The west stays pretty temperate all year round so they definitely won't have much snow so early in the season.
This varies the further north or south you go and there are areas all over the country that are pockets for snow and get more than any other place starting early in the winter and ending late and closer to spring. |

Canada is about 6000 kms. west to east and 2500 kms north to south. We have many weather variances, so you need to be more specific.
I live in the interior of BC in a community called Kamloops. It is semi desert with light rainfall, temps in the summer can go as high as 38C and in the winter to around -20C. Winters are fairly short. Average summer +26C. Average winter -3C |

Normally, at this time of the year, it starts to cool down during the evenings. We do not get much snow at this time, unless the temperature drops quite low and then we do get slight flurries that melt right away. In the last few years, November has become typical of warm days and cool nights, and we have beautiful leaves that turn colour by this time, so it is actually a really nice time to visit Toronto. You really will like it!
All the best! |

I don't know which part of Canada you are referring to, but I can speak about Southern Ontario because that is where I live.
In Southern Ontario it is usually not snowing by November, but it will be quite cold and may be somewhat rainy. I would say it's winter in late November...early November would be more like fall-like weather. I know this because on Halloween (end of October), it's never that cold. But it can get a little chilly at nights, some days even in early November.
Hope I helped. :) |

It depends on the weather and depends where you are. It can be mild or in extreme cases snowing. It will be at the highest temperature in the 50's and it can be as cold as 5. Just depends. |

Canada is epic. It is impervious to weather. Those people are intense. They do say that ignorance is bliss. Well if that's true, Canada is bliss. |
