What months is the winter season in Vancouver? |
How are the driving conditions during this time is it okay to drive around?
What about driving to there from Seattle during the winter, would it be difficult? Could you get stuck on route?
What about the month right after the winter season is it rainy during that month, and is it still cold? Additional Details I'm not from Seattle but I was thinking if I went to Seattle to go up to Vancouver also. |

Our weather quite mild, similar to the weather in Seattle, to be honest.
It's currently 8 degrees Celsius, or 46 Fahrenheit, at 8:42 PM and cloudy.
The forecast calls for more showers and a chance of wet snow, with clearing to start the weekend.
Winter is from late-October to mid-March, there shouldn't be difficulties driving up here, anyway. Check road conditions, though! |

December through March...there is not too much snow in Vancouver so driving shouldn't be a problem... |

Right now lol...
im looking out my window, its snowing like nuts.
Basically, December (usually), January & early Feb.
right now the driving conditions are fine. If you were to drive any time soon, it would be okay. If it was back in Jan/Dec, it would be hell with all of that snow we got. |

The winter months can be blessedly short - November to about Mid-March. Right now, there are spring flowers blooming!
The Cherry blossom festivals will be starting soon, and Vancouver looks AMAZING with the flowers everywhere! |

Normally all the snow falls between Nov & Feb. Mind you, before this year, I would've asked you "What winter season?"
Also you need to define "Cold". For example, it's really humid here but the temps are between 1-10 deg C (don't know what it is in Farenheit). I find if it rains a lot, which it does, then the cold can seep right into you making you pretty cold. It's not so much that you need a hat or scarf, just wear some layers and stuff that cuts the wind. |
