Canada, unlike what some (idiots) might think is a "normal" country, pretty much like the US, with shopping plazas, big box store places and every other sort of store where you can buy pretty much anything. Just get out of your room, look around and ask.

old lady
In the summer months you can find soil in every part of Canada - even in the far north, there may be permafrost under the soil but there is a layer of agrigable soil on top of the permafrost.

chuckles951
The permafrost in only north of about 63° North. In the northern Yukon and NWT,

Otherwise all of the rest of Canada has unfrozen soil for part of the year.

Wow...a typical American. Your education system must really be lousy if you think this of your neighboring country...

kenoplayer
Since agriculture is a fair sized industry in Canada, soil can be found just about anywhere.

Brianna's Mommy
Well, considering that one of Canada's largest exports is grain, almost anywhere. This is like asking "in what part of North Dakota/Montana/Minnesota, etc can I find soil?" Our climate is really not that different than the northern states, except for in the farthest northern regions, which would be more like Alaska. Do you think that Alaska has soil?

I think Canada is all ground and it all isn't froze all the time, you know we are like the USA we have warm/hot seasons too
