What places should I visit in Vancouver?

I already have places for entertainment. I need suggestions for hotels, shopping places, and good restraunts that serve Chinese food. Please suggest affordable places. But if you have any other places you think I should visit, go ahead.
Thanks

For shopping you can go to Metrotown, because its the biggest mall in Vancouver (it has like more than 430 stores or something), or Pacific Centre and Robson Street. They have a lot of stores down there, too. Pacific Centre and Robson has more stock there because most people go to Metrotown, so PC and Robson is better =)

For eating at a restaurant, you can go to Gourmet Castle Restaurant. They sell Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese food, so you can have a variety. I went there with my friends for my birthday two years ago, and it has food that is pretty cheap. Their dishes are big and are about 10 dollars on average. They taste pretty decent too =D there was 9 of us and the bill was around $130. I was 16 back then, and 3 of my friends ate a lot, and I'm not even kidding. They still do xD They ordered like 3 fried rice and 1 of them for take out. (pigs lol) Don't order soup noodle there, my friend said it tasted bad, but it was vietnamese noodles, so it's okay, since you want Chinese.

For shopping you can go to Metrotown, Downtown (Robson Street) or Aberdeen. For less busy malls there's Brentwood, Lougheed, Oakridge, Coquitlam Center, and Park Royal. There's tons of Chinese restaurants all over Vancouver, especially in Richmond (people say it feels like Hong Kong there). For hotels, look for Holiday Inn's (or any Inn) if you want affordable prices.

I live right across Granville Island so my bet is Granville Island Market and Stanley Park. When going to Granville Island, take a ferry boat from the foot of Hornsby St. to the market. Remember to be there before 6pm, when the market closes. Beautiful place!

xohmaddie:)
Metrotown is awsomee oh and the Aberdean mall i think thats what its called is soo awsome:)
