What providences of Canada are generally English speaking?

Bird Flippin' expecting #2
New Brunswick has English and French as the official provincial languages. Quebec primarily speaks French. Manitoba has a strong French population as well. The majority of Canada does speak English though.

gracel313
If you mean provinces, all of them except Quebec.

old lady
All are English speaking. In some parts of Quebec (mostly rural Quebec) French is the first language, but in the major centers, English is as common as French. Canada has two official languages, French and English, and all government business is conducted in both languages, all printed matter (even the labels on food packages) are printed in both languages.
And they are called provinces, not providences.

Insert witty name here
The primarily English speaking "provinces" in Canada are all but Quebec.

Z
Canada does not have any providences. We have provinces and they're not the same thing. All Canadian provinces except Quebec are English speaking.

Man
Generally all of them except for Quebec.

Haligonian
Rating
All are english speaking except for New Brunswick, and Quebec. New Brunswick being the only official bilingual province in Canada.

Dead Day Afternoon
Rating
All but Quebec.
And most of them speak it well, they just don't want to.

MizzChic
All except Quebec. And New Brunswick is pretty much the only province that IS actually bilingual.
