I think the actual date is March 21st or 22nd.
It's supposed to be when 3 nights in a row the temp is above 10 degrees C.
I live in Windsor which is a few hrs away, and it's been about 2 or 3 for the last week or so.
So I'd expect it to warm up in 3 weeks to a month....
....The temperature here is unpredictable. We usually get snow in early November, this year we didn't get any real snowfall until the end of January. |
